It can be a little scary to find that you have an infestation of spiders in your home. There is nobody that really enjoys having spiders in the home, and if there are spiders in your home you most likely want them gone. There are a few different ways that you can prevent spiders from getting into the home, but if spiders do get into your home there are ways to kill them off. Keep A Tight Home

One of the very best ways that you can keep a spider out of your home is to keep your home very tight. This just means to make sure that any cracks and chips in your home are completely filled. You do not want spiders and other pests to have an open door to your home. If you have cracks and chips in your foundation or in the walls of your home, you are just inviting them to come into the home. In order to keep you home free of spiders make sure that you inspect and then seal up your home at least once a year. 

Diatomaceous Earth And Vinegar

There are lots of other ways that you can keep spiders from the home. There are a few home remedies that are pretty easy and useful when it comes to keeping spiders out of the home. You can sprinkle diatomaceous earth all around your home. These are calcareous algae that are nanometers across and can puncture the exoskeleton of the spider and make it die of dehydration. Other things that spiders do not like are vinegar and citrus. If you sprinkle a little bit of vinegar or citrus around the home it will keep spiders away.


If you find that your spider problem is a bit out of hand, and you are finding a lot of eggs and sacs, it may be time to call a professional and have them deal with all of the hassle.
